*Please note by using Hilti (or similar) bolts or similar allows installer to locate cast iron lamppost at desired angle to specific layout (gives greater flexibility to installer) that is required.

*This installation method compares to that of setting a threaded bar assembly into poured concrete, once concrete set you are left with that alignment thereafter.

Cast Iron Wall Lights

Our wall light brackets will come with 4no. or 2no. holes drilled into brackets.

Depending on type of wall you are fixing our wall lights to, you may choose from heavy duty screws, expansion bolts or threaded bar with chemical anchor fix.

Your installer will be best suited to decide which option suits a particular wall light fixture best.

Cast Iron Pillar Lights

Our pillar light base comes with 3no. holes ( offset at 120 deg. ) pre drilled in the cast iron base.

Depending on material that our pillar light is to installed i.e. concrete, stone, block etc. you may choose from heavy duty screws, expansion bolts or threaded bar with chemical anchor fix.

Your installer will be best suited to decide which option suits a particular pillar light fixture best.

Concrete & Wiring

After careful consideration to lampposts location, Concrete base should then be poured.

A duct allowing the future installation of power cables should be installed in concrete base prior to pouring concrete; alternatively you may wish to install wiring directly in concrete without using ducting.

Wiring size for the Lampposts, wall light & pillar light will be the duty of your electrician to recommend, distance from power source, number of light fittings and different circuits that may be required will all be determining factors when choosing electrical cabling.
